5. AI-assisted recordings and summaries
Coaching sessions are not recorded or summarised by artificial intelligence by default.
Any use of a recording or AI-generated summary requires the explicit agreement of the Coach and the Client for the session in question.

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to manage the coaching relationship and comply with applicable legal obligations.
